It is possible to rent clean room space for shorter or longer time periods with or with equipment.

Ibsen has installed different equipment as wet benches, spinners, ovens, mask aligner, etching equipment, characterization equipment as SEM, AFM, profilometer, ellipsometer, metalization equipment etc.
